Today we had our ward Christmas Party with Santa. When we came home we actually had snow on the ground. The girls were so anxious to play in it...they thought it was fun helping Dave shovel the driveway. He then helped them build a snowman.
Avery knocked the first head off so they had to build another one.
Then, for fun, Dave lit a lost firework (left over from the 4th of July) off the head of the snowman. The kids loved it!!

Ok I love the lost firework on top of the smowmans head. I don't think I have ever seen that done before.
Avery looked happier in the snow than on Santa's lap! Only Dave would do that...well maybe Kurt would too!Merry Christmas

I love the firework. That is the perfect touch.
How fun! I love snowmen but I can't remember the last time I participated in making one. Fun to see pictures of Dave, too. It brings back memories from that crazy year we had living on 700 North.
